Feel like you’re “on” all the time? Life is demanding. Mindfulness offers a practical way to slow down, reset your nervous system, and move through stress with greater calm and clarity.

✨ Guided mindfulness meditations

✨ Gentle breathing techniques

✨ Simple, practical grounding exercises

✨ A welcoming, supportive community space

No prior experience needed. All ages welcome.

📅 Event Details

 

When: Starting Monday 30 March, then continuing on the last Monday of each month

 

Time: 6:15 PM – 7:00 PM (Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in)

 

Where: Yowie Bay Public School Hall

 

What to Bring:• Pillow or cushion• Small blanket• Eye mask (optional) Mats are provided

 

Cost: $26 per session
